针对目前汽车轮毂概念设计集中于理论研究,在验证其理论有效性时存在主观性和局限性,并且生成的设计方案可选性小或者未考虑工程性能等问题,提出基于强化学习(RL)和拓扑优化的汽车轮毂概念设计方案生成方法,在轮毂结构设计时生成多个可行概念设计方案。首先,采用拓扑优化理论建立面向汽车轮毂的拓扑优化分析模型;其次,研究带惩罚指数的固体各向同性微结构模型方法(SIMP)和蒙特卡洛算法相结合的概念设计方案生成流程,在探索设计空间时采用softmax算法提升搜索能力,使设计模型能够生成符合工程性能指标的多个轮毂概念设计方案;最后,通过有限元分析工具仿真求证生成的概念方案详细设计后的力学性能。以汽车轮毂的轻量化二维设计为例验证了方法的有效性。 |

In view of the fact that the current conceptual design of automobile wheel hub focuses on theoretical research, there are subjectivity and limitations when verifying the validity of the theory, and the generated design scheme has few options or does not consider the engineering performance, a method of generating conceptual design scheme of automobile hub based on reinforcement learning (RL) and topology optimization is proposed to generate multiple feasible conceptual design schemes during the design of automobile wheel hub structure. Firstly, topology optimization analysis model for automobile wheel hub is established using topology optimization theory. Secondly, the generating process of conceptual design scheme combining solid isotropic material with penalization (SIMP) and Monte Carlo algorithm is studied. Softmax algorithm is used to improve the searching ability when exploring the design space, so that the design model could generate multiple conceptual design schemes that met the engineering performance index. Finally, the mechanical properties of the conceptual scheme after detailed design are verified by the finite element analysis tool. An example of lightweight two-dimensional design of automobile wheel hub is taken to verify the effectiveness of the method. |
