| 针对潜艇航行过程中导致的推进轴系纵向振动问题,开展开关半主动控制下的轴系纵向隔振控制研究。设计了一种开关半主动隔振器,并与推进轴系相结合,基于天棚阻尼控制策略,提出开关半主动控制算法,研究了不同静推力加载、不同控制状态下推进轴系纵向隔振控制的效果。实验结果表明,在加载相同静推力时,开关半主动隔振器对推进轴系纵向振动有明显的抑制作用,低频段的推进轴系基础速度频率响应降低50%以上,有效抑制了低频共振,中高频段的振动也有良好的控制效果;在不同静推力时,静推力越小,开关半主动隔振器隔振效果越好。研究结果表明,开关半主动控制可以有效减小推进轴系纵向振动,并在全频段内获得较好的控制效果。 |

| Aiming at the longitudinal vibration problem of propulsion shaft system caused by submarine sailing process, the longitudinal vibration isolation control of shaft system under switching semi-active control is carried out. A switching semi-active vibration isolator is designed and combined with the longitudinal vibration of the propulsion shaft system. Based on the canopy damping control strategy, the semi-active switching control algorithm is proposed to study the effect of the longitudinal vibration isolation control of the propulsion shaft system under different static thrust loading and different control states. The results show that, at the same static thrust, the switching semi-active vibration isolator has obvious suppression effect on the longitudinal vibration of the propulsion shaft system, and the base speed frequency response of the propulsion shaft system in the low-frequency band is reduced by more than 50%, which effectively suppresses the low-frequency resonance, and the vibration in the middle and high-frequency bands also has a good effect of vibration control; in the case of different static thrusts, the lower the static thrust is, the better the effect of vibration isolation of the switching semi-active vibration isolator is. The study shows that the switching semi-active control can effectively reduce the longitudinal vibration of the propulsion shaft system, and obtain a better control effect in the full frequency band. |
