| 针对增设较大冲击负荷的孤岛微电网电源配置问题,本文通过最优配置飞轮储能系统(flywheel energy storage system,FESS),并以柴储联合运行的方式,共同应对孤岛微电网扩容后的冲击负荷。本文基于柴储孤岛微电网一次调频控制策略,推导了暂态频率稳定、飞轮储能荷电状态安全和能量平衡的约束表达式。以孤岛微电网扩容投资成本最低为目标,分别优化了静态变频电源转换装置(static frequency converters,SFC)的最大工作功率和飞轮储能电机的最大充电能量。本文所提出的解决方案在安全性和经济性上具备优势,对容量规格为3.0MW的孤岛微电网暂态时域仿真结果与不同容量规格孤岛微电网的优化结果验证了所提方案的有效性。 |

| In order to address the problem of power supply configuration for impact load-embedded microgrids, this paper suggests an optimal configuration of a flywheel energy storage system (FESS), operated in conjunction with a diesel generator set (DGS). Constraints for transient frequency stability, secure charge status of the FESS, and energy balance are derived based on the main frequency control strategy of the DGS-FESS islanded microgrid. This research optimizes the maximum power of the static frequency converter (SFC) and the maximum charging energy of flywheel energy storage motors with the goal of minimizing the investment cost for expanding the islanded microgrid. Optimization results for islanded microgrids of different capacities and dynamic time-domain simulations of a 3.0MW islanded microgrid validate the benefits of the proposed solution in terms of economy and security. |
