引入舆情演化的线下影响因素,探讨在线上、线下因素协同作用下网络舆情的演化趋势。通过探究网民、媒体和政府在线上、线下的活动表现,建立影响网络舆情热度的系统动力学模型,应用案例“天津滨海新区爆炸事件”进行了验证。在此基础上,对政府的线下活动和线上表现进行分析,结果显示减少政府响应时间、增大发声频率、增加信息公开程度和增加线下活动力度,能够提高政府对网络舆情的疏导力度,从而降低网络舆情热度。 |

This paper introduces the offline influencing factors of public opinion evolution and discusses the evolution trend of online public opinion under the synergistic effect of online and offline factors. By exploring the online and offline activities of netizens, media and government, the system dynamics model of the popularity of online public opinion is established. The simulation experiment of explosion event of Tianjin Binhai New Area proves the validity of the model. Then, the paper explores the offline activities and the online performance of the government and reveals that by decreasing the government response time, increasing the voice frequency, increasing the degree of information disclosure, and increasing the strength of offline activities the government can strengthen the administration of network public opinion guidance and reduce the heat of the network public opinion. |
