      [目的/意义]当前病案信息研究以病案信息管理、病案信息技术应用等具体实践类为主,对病案信息领域的系统性解构和知识演进规律的探讨仍显不足,据此本文综合运用多维分析方法,系统性揭示病案信息研究的文献分布特征、学科知识结构,本研究可为医疗信息化决策与病案管理机制优化提供实证依据,并有利于病案信息学科发展布局优化。[方法/过程]以中国知网为数据来源,检索建库至2021 年12 月31 日的病案信息相关文献,运用Excel、VOSviewer、Gephi、Origin 对纳入的文献进行多维度分析。[ 结果/ 结论] 对经过数据处理后的病案信息文献,进行时序分布统计、作者合作网络分析和关键词共现网络分析,揭示病案信息领域的研究特征与结构关系;通过引证关系网络解析、战略坐标分析等,解构病案信息学科知识演进轨迹。病案信息研究呈现三阶段发展特征,三甲医院和中医药大学是核心发文主体,呈现出多中心协同发展格局,未来应加强人工智能等前沿领域的多中心交叉研究,优化病案信息学科发展生态。
英文摘要:
      [Objective/Significance] Current research on medical record information primarily focuses on specific practical areas such as medical record information management and the application of medical record information technology. However,systematic deconstruction of the medical record information field and exploration of its knowledge evolution laws remain insufficient. To address this gap, this paper comprehensively applies multi-dimensional analysis methods to systematically reveal the literature distribution characteristics and disciplinary knowledge structure of medical record information research. This study provides an empirical basis for medical informatization decision-making and medical record management mechanisms,and contributes to optimizing the development layout of the medical record information discipline. [Methods/Processes] Using the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) as the data source, literature related to medical record information from the database’s inception to December 31, 2021, was retrieved. Excel, VOSviewer, Gephi, and Origin were employed to conduct multi-dimensional analysis of the included literature. [Results/Conclusions] For the data-processed medical record information literature, time-series distribution statistics, author collaboration network analysis, and keyword co-occurrence network analysis were performed to reveal the research characteristics and structural relationships in this field. Additionally, the evolutionary trajectory of disciplinary knowledge in medical record information was deconstructed through citation network analysis and strategic coordinate analysis. Research on medical record information exhibits a three-stage development pattern. Tertiary hospitals and universities of traditional Chinese medicine are core contributors, forming a multi-center collaborative development framework. Future efforts should strengthen multi-center interdisciplinary research in frontier areas such as artificial intelligence,and optimize the development ecosystem of the medical record information discipline.
