| [目的/意义]聚焦科技论文载体,系统分析上海全球科技创新合作网络的演化特征与阶段规律,识别其结构韧性及在外部冲击下的变化特征,为优化上海国际科技合作布局提供实证依据。[方法/过程]以2014―2025年6月Web of Science 数据库中上海发表的160027 篇国际合作论文为样本,运用社会网络分析和文献计量方法,从网络整体结构、合作学科、合作机构三个维度,对上海全球科技创新合作网络进行演化分析。[结果/结论]上海国际科技创新合作网络经历了“初始–扩张–成熟–调整”四阶段演化,能级稳步提升,但在第四阶段受外部环境冲击,网络韧性面临考验。研究重心已从本土资源转向数智技术驱动的全球前沿领域,国外伙伴结构发生明显变化,建议以有组织合作、国际科技组织与大科学装置、数智技术等为抓手,系统增强上海国际科技合作网络的韧性与能级。 |

| [Objective/Significance] Focusing on scientific papers as the carrier, this study systematically analyzes the evolutionary characteristics and periodic laws of Shanghai’s global S&T innovation cooperation network, identifies its structural resilience and changes under external shocks, and provides empirical evidence for optimizing the layout of Shanghai’s international S&T cooperation. [Methods/Processes] Taking 160027 internationally co-authored papers published by Shanghai institutions from 2014 to June 2025 in the Web of Science database as research samples, this study employs social network analysis and bibliometric methods to conduct an evolutionary analysis of Shanghai’s global S&T innovation cooperation network from three dimensions: overall network structure, and cooperative disciplines, and cooperative institutions. [Results/Conclusions] Shanghai’s international S&T innovation cooperation network has undergone a four-stage evolution of “initialization-expansionmaturation-adjustment,” with its capability level steadily improving. However, in the fourth stage, the network’s resilience is being tested due to external environmental shocks. The research focus has shifted from local resources to globally cutting-edge fields driven by digital intelligence technologies. It is suggested to take organized collaboration, international S&T organizations,large scientific facilities and digital-intelligent technologies as breakthrough points to comprehensively strengthen the resilience and development level of Shanghai’s international S&T cooperation network. |
