      [目的/意义]大学生数字阅读囤积行为易引发信息过载,加重个体认知负担。探究大学生数字阅读囤积行为的影响因素,可为避免或减少数字囤积行为提供理论依据和建议。[方法/过程] 基于计划行为理论引入感知有用性、信息质量以及信息素养构建拓展研究模型。通过问卷调查获取266 份有效样本数据,并采用结构方程模型实证检验各变量的作用机制。[局限] 研究基于特定群体,结论普适性有待进一步验证;同时未纳入平台情境变量且采用横截面数据,难以反映囤积行为的动态演化规律。[结果/结论]研究表明,囤积意愿是驱动数字囤积行为的直接因素;行为态度、信息质量与信息素养均对囤积意愿呈显著正向影响,并通过囤积意愿进一步强化个体数字囤积行为。
英文摘要:
      [Objective/Significance] College students’ digital reading hoarding behavior is likely to trigger information overload and increase individual cognitive burden. Exploring the influencing factors of college students’ digital reading hoarding behavior can provide theoretical basis and suggestions for avoiding or reducing such behavior. [Methods/Processes] Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior, an extended research model was constructed by introducing perceived usefulness, information quality, and information literacy. A total of 266 valid sample data were collected through questionnaires, and the structural equation model was adopted to empirically test the action mechanism of each variable. [Limitations] This study focuses on a specific group,so the generalizability of the conclusions needs further verification. In addition, platform situational variables are not included,and the cross-sectional data cannot reflect the dynamic evolution law of hoarding behavior. [Results/Conclusions] The research indicates that hoarding intention is a direct factor driving digital hoarding behavior. Behavioral attitude, information quality, and information literacy all have a significantly positive impact on hoarding intention, and further strengthen individual digital hoarding behavior through hoarding intention.
