Under the situation of economic globalization, facing some multi-national corporations’ access on a large scale, an enterprise have to participate in market competition based on its core competency . This article summarizes connotation and function of core competency of an enterprise, discusses development modes of multi-business strategy and the relationships between technical innovation and core competency and proposes basic countermeasures about how to cultivate and promote core competency of an enterprise. |
