      以苹果公司为案例,着重介绍了苹果公司以市场为导向,重视获取知识产权的同时更加重视知 识产权的运用。苹果公司着眼深远,通过进行知识产权布局,打造有利于自己的生态体系;积极将专利应用于产品设计、制造,有效实现知识产权的商品化;创新、保护基于知识产权的商业化模式,促进知识产权价值实现;超越知识产权保护功能本身,灵活运用知识产权开展商业竞争,维护、巩固和提高自身竞争优势地位。借鉴苹果公司,我国智能移动终端企业,既要注重知识产权的获取和保护,更要注重知识产权的运用;需要转变知识产权运用理念及创新运用形式;在人才培养方面,应将应用型知识产权人才储备作为企业战略性任务。
英文摘要:
      Taking Apple Inc. (Apple) as a study case, this paper highlighted Apple’s market-oriented strategy on the acquisition of intellectual property (IP) and its high attention to the use of IP. Apple Inc. has strived to establish its own ecosystem with forward-looking view through advantageous IP allocation and layout. In addition, Apple also effectively achieved the commercialization of IP by applying the patents in the product design and manufacturing, created and protected a unique commercialization mode based on IP to realize the value of IP. Beyond the protection function of IP, it also used its IP in commercial competition to maintain, consolidate and enhance its competitive position. To improve the industrial competitiveness, China’s smart mobile terminal companies should not only focus on the acquisition and protection of IP, but also pay more attention to the utilization of IP. At the same time, they also need to innovatively use the concept and format of the IP, and conduct the personnel training in application of IP.
