| 科技成果转化环节的资金不足是制约科技成果转化的瓶颈，美、加、英等发达国家普遍设立资助计划对科技成果转化进行资助并提供法律、信息、技术等方面的支持，取得了较好效果。本文在比较发达国家经验的基础上，分析了我国政府促进科技成果转化资助方面的不足，为促进我国科技成果转化工作提供建议。 |

| Lacking of funds is a bottleneck of S&T achievements transformation. Governments of developed countries, such as America, Canada and England, have set up a subsidy scheme to give financial support and appropriate information, technology and human resource services, and have achieved good results. Based on comparison of governmental funding measures on S&T achievements transformation in several developed countries, this paper analyzes the insuffcient aspects of Chinese govenment and makes suggestions to better the job. |
