近年来,美国利用悬赏竞赛等新型众包创新方式开放性地利用大众智慧,超越了组织界限,在多个领域取得了成功。本文以InnoCentive平台为重点案例,分析了悬赏竞赛类众包创新平台的组织方式、评审程序和知识产权管理,并综合学界观点,对目前悬赏竞赛类众包创新平台的不足之处进行了讨论。众包创新在我国也具有广阔的发展前景,应结合众包创新特点,加强政策体系建设,使众包作为大众创新的有效载体,促进技术转化。 |

In recent years, the United States has utilized the crowdsourcing rewards competition and other innovative measures to access the public wisdom, surpassing organizational boundaries and having achieved success in a series of fields. This paper takes InnoCentive platform as a case study, analyzes the competition organization, reviews procedure and intellectual property management of the crowdsourcing innovation platform, and also discusses the shortcomings of current crowdsourcing models. Crowdsourcing has broad prospects for development in China. Considering the characteristics of crowdsourcing innovation, the policy system should be strengthened to make crowdsourcing an effective vehicle for mass innovation and technology transfer. |
