本文通过梳理美国《科学与工程指标2018》报告研究结论,分析了世界主要国家在人才培育、研发投入、科研产出论及知识密集型产业发展等方面的发展状况。结果发现,美国、欧洲的科技创新实力和影响力仍具显著优势,以中国、日本、韩国和印度为代表的亚洲国家科技创新地位迅速上升,科技创新的国际合作特点更加明显,世界创新格局逐步向多极化方向转变。中国科技创新投入产出规模稳居世界前列,但在发展质量和影响力、国际合作方面有待进一步提升。 |

By analyzing the “Science and Engineering Indicators 2018” report, this paper comprehensively summarizes the world major countries’ S&T innovation development in terms of personnel training, R&D expenditure, S&T research papers and knowledge-intensive industries. The results show that the strength and influence of S&T innovation in the United States and Europe still have significant advantages. The status of S&T innovation in Asia, represented by China, Japan, South Korea and India, has rapidly risen. The features of international S&T innovation cooperation have become more obvious. The pattern of world innovation gradually shifts towards multi-polarization. The scale of input and output of China’s S&T innovation ranked in the world forefront, but it needs to be further improved in terms of developing quality and influence, as well as the strengthening of the international cooperation. |
