The construction of incubator is the main component of Johnson's strategy of open innovation and cooperation. Its aim is to reach out to the best pharmaceutical startups and talents in the world at the early stage of research and development. Jlabs currently have 12 incubators worldwide which enable its gaining of external innovative resources. The operation and management model of its incubators can be summarized as follows: coorperation with local governments and famous medical research institutions, open and specialized operation mode, and advanced professional service. |
