美国政府将人工智能人才竞争视为未来中美大国竞争的决定性因素,近期将从提升政府部门数字素质、改革美国教育提高全民数字素质、推行移民法吸引全球数字人才等方面对人工智能人才战略进行全方位部署。美国人才政策将进一步拉大中美在人工智能顶尖人才总量、优秀人才吸引力等方面的差距,但同时也为我国人才竞争带来机遇。 |

Regarding AI talent competition as a critical part of the ongoing competition between China and the US, the US government is making comprehensive deployment of AI talent strategy which includes three parts: improving the digital capability of government employees, reforming US education systems to build US homegrown digital workforce and implementing immigration reforming to attract global digital talents. The US talent policy may further widen the talent gap between the two countries in terms of the stock of top talents and the attractiveness for top talents, but also bring potential opportunities for China. |
