本研究基于 Web of Science论文数据库和 Innography专利数据库 1990-2019年的数据,通过充分挖掘和利用数据信息,从技术历年发展趋势、生命周期、主要研发国家及合作情况、关键词共现、主要创新机构及竞争情况、技术方向、专利强度、专利发明人、专利布局等多个维度展示了全球纳米技术在基础研究和应用研究领域的发展态势;结合技术发展态势及对比分析,对全球及我国纳米科技的未来发展进行展望,并提出建议。文献标识码:A DOI:10.3772/j.issn.1009-8623.2022.08.006 |

Based on data of 1990-2019 in Web of Science paper database and Innography patent database, this
paper shows the development trends of global nanotechnology in basic and applied research fields from multiple
aspects of technology development trends over the years, life cycle, main R&D countries and cooperation status, keyword co-occurrence, main innovation institutions and competition, technical directions, patent strength, patent inventors, patent layout and so on by fully mining and utilizing data information. Combined with the development trends and comparative analysis of nanotechnology, this paper prospects the future development of nanotechnology in the world and China, and puts forward some suggestions. |
