| This paper introduces the construction of data centers of the federal government of the United States
and relevant policies, regulations, and takes the National Energy Research and Scientific Computing Center of
the United States as examples to analyze the organization structure, management, operation and maintenance. Finally, for the construction of data centers in China, some suggestions are put forward, such as rational planning and layout, strengthening cooperation with enterprises, taking the user as the center, providing fine operation management, attaching importance to the research and development of key software and hardware. |
