| 人工智能芯片是当今科技前沿领域，对国际科技竞争具有重要的战略性作用，现已成为中美
科技竞争的焦点。对中美人工智能芯片科技合作展开研究，旨在把握中美科技竞争加剧形势下中美人
工智能芯片科技合作现状，从而为科技战略制定提供参考。基于中美合著论文、合作发明专利，分析了
中美在人工智能芯片领域科技合作的紧密度变化情况，探讨了中美合作对中国和美国重要性的差异。
研究表明，从数据上看，中美在人工智能芯片领域的科技合作出现了减弱的趋势；中美两国互为对方重
要的科技合作伙伴，且这种合作关系对中国而言更重要，此外，随着中国 AI 芯片领域科技实力的不断
增长，两国合作对美国的重要性正在增强。 |

| Artificial intelligence chip is today’s cutting-edge field of science and technology. It plays an extremely
important strategic role in international technological competition, and has now become the focus of the Sino-U.S.
competition in science and technology. The study of Sino-U.S. AI chip technology cooperation aims to grasp the
current situation of Sino-U.S. AI chip technology cooperation under the situation of intensified Sino-U.S. technology
competition, so as to provide a reference for the formulation of science and technology strategy in China. Based on
Sino-U.S. co-authored papers and cooperative invention patents, this paper analyzes the changes in the closeness
of Sino-U.S. scientific and technological cooperation in the field of AI chips, and explores the differences in the
importance of Sino-U.S. cooperation for China and the United States. The paper finds that: first, looking at the data,
there is a weakening trend of Sino-U.S. scientific and technological cooperation in the field of AI chips. Second,
although China and the United States are each other’s important science and technology partners, this partnership is
more important to China. Besides, with China’s growing scientific and technological strength in the field of AI chips,
the importance of the cooperation between the two countries to the United States is increasing. |
