的发展力度。介绍了近年来以色列依托优先发展科技战略推动发展的人工智能、量子科技和生物
融合科技等 3 个领域，分别列举分析了 3 个领域的当前发展总体态势、发展主体、政府支持政策及
最新科技进展情况。以色列在以上 3 个领域的实践中表现出了一系列共性，如国家举棋定向、军民融
合发展、初创氛围浓厚、产学研资联动、风险投资活跃、科技转移旺盛和国际合作密切等，为中国基
于自身国情发展未来科技产业，提供了可供借鉴的经验。 |

| Israel orchestrated efforts in accumulating momentum in fields of future technology industries
represented by artificial intelligence, quantum technology, and bio-convergence. This paper introduces three areas
of artificial intelligence, quantum, and biotechnology that Israel has prioritized in recent years as part of its strategy
to promote technological development. It provides an overview of the current state of each field, the main players,
government support policies, and the latest technological advancements.This paper introduces three areas of

to promote technological development. It provides an overview of the current state of each field, the main players,
government support policies, and the latest technological advancements. Israel’s practices in these fields reveal
several commonalities, including the centralized national strategic planning, the integration of military-civilian
sectors, a robust entrepreneurial startup ecosystem, the dynamic collaborations between industry, academia, and
investment, a vibrant venture capital culture, the emphasis on technology transfer, and close international ties.
These insights provide valuable lessens for China in developing its own future technology industries, tailored to
its unique national context. |
