| 近年来，美国在新一代信息技术、人工智能、量子科技和生物科技等深度科技领域对中国进
行梯次打压，同时以更明确的战略目标和发展路线加快布局，意图抢占未来竞争制高点。基于深度科
技指数数据，结合全球独角兽榜、汉密尔顿指数和欧盟工业研发投入记分牌等数据，发现中美科技型
企业在深度科技领域存在一定的差距，中国科技型企业存在赛道引领力不强、关键技术掌控力不强和
创新能力不强三大问题，需要进一步优化完善相关政策，培育壮大深度科技企业。 |

| In recent years, the United States has implemented tiered suppression against China in deep-tech fields such as next-generation information technology, artificial intelligence, quantum technology, and
biotechnology, while accelerating its strategic layout with clearer objectives and development roadmaps to
seize the commanding heights of future competition. Based on the Deep Tech Index data, combined with global
unicorn rankings, the Hamilton Index, and the EU Industrial R&D Investment Scoreboard, the analysis reveals a
certain gap between Chinese and American technology companies in deep-tech sectors. Chinese tech enterprises
face three major challenges: insufficient leadership in emerging fields, weak control over key technologies, and
inadequate innovation capabilities. To address these issues, it is necessary to further optimize and refine relevant
policies to foster and strengthen deep-tech enterprises. |
