| 科学对于社会变革负有特殊的责任，随着公众与科学的交流不断增加，科学传播也相应地成
为德国科学体系中的一项重要任务。通过分析德国科普活动的特点以及德国政府对发展科普事业的
政策措施，包括出台鼓励政策、主导科学活动、设立科学智库、成立科普平台和支持科普新业态等多
种形式，研究科学传播对社会生活和政治决策的重要性，为中国科普事业的快速发展提供一定的参考。 |

| Science bears a special responsibility for social change. As interaction between the public and
science continues to grow, science communication has accordingly become an important task within Germany’s
scientific system. This article analyzes the characteristics of science popularization activities in Germany and the
policy measures taken by the German government to promote the development of science popularization. These
measures include introducing incentive policies, leading scientific activities, establishing scientific think tanks,
creating science communication platforms, and supporting new forms of science outreach. The study explores
the significance of science communication for social life and political decision-making, offering insights that may
serve as a reference for the rapid development of science popularization in China. |
