      量子技术作为 21 世纪颠覆性创新的核心领域,其突破性进展正在重构全球科技竞争格局。以 量子计算、量子通信和量子精密测量为代表的前沿方向,已成为主要科技强国竞相布局的战略制高点。 通过对日本量子技术未来产业布局的全面剖析,揭示了其在战略规划、资金投入、产业集群和国际合作 等方面的核心经验。这些经验不仅为日本量子技术的快速发展提供了有力支撑,同时也为全球其他国家 在量子技术领域的探索提供了重要参考。深入分析相关经验,并结合实际情况,提出对中国量子技术未 来产业布局的有益启示。
英文摘要:
      Quantum technology, as the core field of disruptive innovation in the 21st century, is restructuring the global landscape of technological competition with its breakthrough progress. Frontiers represented by quantum computing, quantum communication, and quantum precision measurement have become strategic high grounds that major technological powers are vying to position themselves in. This article provides a comprehensive analysis of Japan’s future industrial layout for quantum technology, revealing its core experiences in strategic planning, financial investment, industrial clusters, and international cooperation. These experiences have not only provided strong support for the rapid development of Japan’s quantum technology but also offer significant references for other countries around the world exploring the field of quantum technology. The purpose of this article is to deeply analyze these experiences and, in light of China’s actual conditions, propose insights that are beneficial for the future industrial layout of China’s quantum technology.
