      基于科睿唯安 2024 年全球高被引科学家(交叉学科)数据,结合《中国科技统计年鉴》与代表 性高校学科建设信息,系统分析了中国交叉学科人才发展的结构性特征与现实瓶颈。中国交叉学科 人才在学科分布上呈现“传统优势筑基与应用导向驱动”的双轨融合模式,在机构体系上形成“国家 队引领与分层协同”的格局,在区域布局上表现出“核心集聚与梯度辐射”的特征。制约发展的四大 瓶颈问题包括:学科壁垒抑制新兴交叉领域活力,评价机制与交叉研究规律偏离,产学研协同浅层化 阻碍成果转化,区域失衡影响创新网络整体效能。基于此提出了构建跨学科认同与发展的制度新生 态、创新资源配置与结构协同的网络化模式、实施功能导向的区域协同与集聚战略、深化需求牵引的 产教融合与激励相容机制等系统性对策,旨在为促进中国交叉学科人才高质量发展提供理论参考与 政策启示。

      This paper systematically analyzes the structural characteristics, practical bottlenecks, and strategic pathways for the development of interdisciplinary talent in China. This paper is based on Clarivate’s 2024 data of Global Highly Cited Researchers, combined with China’s National Science and Technology Statistical Yearbook and information on disciplinary development from representative universities. The findings reveal that China’s interdisciplinary talent exhibits a dual-track integration model in disciplinary distribution, grounded in traditional strengths and driven by application-oriented needs. Institutionally, a pattern of “national team leadership with tiered collaboration” has formed, while regionally, it shows characteristics of “core agglomeration with gradient radiation.” The study also identifies four major constraints: disciplinary barriers inhibiting the vitality of emerging interdisciplinary fields, a misalignment between evaluation mechanisms and the norms of interdisciplinary research, superficial industry-academia-research collaboration hindering the translation of outcomes, and regional imbalances affecting the overall efficiency of the innovation network. Based on this, the study proposes systematic countermeasures. These include building an institutional ecosystem for interdisciplinary identity and development, innovating network models for resource allocation and structural synergy, implementing function-oriented regional coordination and agglomeration strategies, and deepening demand-driven industry-education integration with incentive-compatible mechanisms. The aim is to provide theoretical reference and policy insights for promoting the high-quality development of interdisciplinary talent in China.
