| 旨在深入剖析美国风险投资（Venture Capital, VC）通过市场化机制推动科技企业引领式创
新的内在逻辑与实践路径，以期为中国优化科技金融生态，促进企业科技创新提供实践启示。采用案
例分析与实证研究相结合的方法，重点分析了近年来美国 VC 的新型孵化模式，发现通过项目筛选、
深度培育和市场运营等增值手段，美国 VC 能有效缩短科技企业的创新周期，降低转化风险，加速培
育科技企业。基于此，提出完善中国科技创新生态的四点启示：培育专业化投资主体，构建全生命周期
的科技金融体系，引导资本向战略领域集中，培育以人才为核心的创新生态。 |

| This article analyzes the internal logic and pra ctical pathways of American venture capital
in promoting innovation of technology enterprises through market-oriented mechanisms. It aims to provide
practical inspiration for optimizing the technology finance ecosystem and promoting technological innovation
of enterprises in China. This study adopts a method combining case analysis and empirical research, focusing on
the new incubation models of American venture capital in recent years. It is found that American venture capital
can effectively shorten the innovation cycle, reduce commercialization risks, and accelerate the cultivation of
technology enterprises through value-added means such as project screening, in-depth cultivation, and market
operation. Based on the experience of the United States, this article puts forward four inspirations for improving
the scientific and technological innovation ecosystem in China: Cultivating professional investment entities,
Building a technology finance system covering the entire life cycle, guiding capital to concentrate in strategic
fields, cultivating an innovative ecosystem centered on talents |
