| 核数据的质量与可靠性直接关系着核设施、产品的有效性、安全性和经济性。美国具有国际
领先的核数据研发体系与能力，研究水平及所开发核数据库得到全球核领域工作者高度认可。简述核
数据应用需求与产生过程，通过对美国核数据领域的组织机制、协作网络及分工、经费投入等管理体
系等方面的调查研究，对中国核数据管理体系建设提出应加强跨部门核数据需求顶层沟通机制，深化
全国核数据协作网络合作，建立核数据研究领域的稳定支持与专项支持机制等建议。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| The quality and reliability of nuclear data directly impact the effectiveness, safety, and economic
efficiency of nuclear facilities and products. The United States possesses internationally leading nuclear data
research and development infrastructure and capabilities. The research caliber and the developed nuclear databases
are highly recognized by the global nuclear community. This paper briefly introduces nuclear data application
needs and generation processes, followed by an investigation of management system of the U.S. nuclear data
field, which includes organizational mechanisms, collaboration networks and division of labor, and funding
allocation. This paper proposes several recommendations for the management system of the nuclear data field in
China, including strengthening the top-level inter-ministerial communication mechanism for nuclear data needs;
deepening internal cooperation within the national nuclear data collaboration network; and establishing stable
support mechanisms alongside dedicated funding initiatives for nuclear data research. |
