| 为助力中国先进制造业集群迈向世界级，基于国家先进制造业集群调研数据，结合国际对比分
析方法，系统探究中外先进制造业集群发展差异。研究发现，中国集群在产业领域分布、地域集中度、
研发投入强度及发展治理模式上存在差距。据此提出强化数据驱动培育、构建指导诊断体系、坚持创
新驱动、优化集群生态、深化开放合作等对策，为提升中国产业链韧性、构建现代产业体系提供支撑。 |

| To advance the development of China’s advanced manufacturing clusters toward a world-class
standard, we systematically examines the developmental disparities between Chinese and international advanced
manufacturing clusters, drawing on survey data of national advanced manufacturing clusters and adopting
comparative analysis approach. The findings indicate that China’s clusters exhibit gaps in industrial sector
distribution, regional concentration, R&D investment intensity, and development governance models. Accordingly,

and diagnosis systems, adhering to an innovation-driven development paradigm, optimizing cluster ecosystems,
