素的基础上,构建人职适配“ 均衡分析”模型和“模糊综合评价”模型,形成知识型企业人职适配动态协同的自适应机制。 |

Faced with the current pressure of manpower cost in HR knickstelle of enterprise , it is necessary to
discard the experiential thinking limits and explore complex difficult to trouble the government running efficiently
with “self-organization” theory. On the basis of the empirical demonstration of output requirements, input conditions
and peer-level, historical situation and environmental conditions as “5W” influencing factors of administrative staffing,
we can build “Equilibrium Analysis” model and “fuzzy comprehensive evaluation” model of adaptive configuration of
personnel - job, so as to make up dynamic and collaborative self-adaptive configuration mechanism of personnel – job
in knowledge enterprise . |
