| 交通运输关乎民生，为公众高度关注。为切实获取对行业政府数据开放的指导，在调研美、英两国政府
数据开放的应用情况后，重点剖析了其交通部的特有做法，他们在开放布局、计划编制、开放数据遴选、工作机制建
设等方面的经验值得借鉴。基于此，对照北京、上海两地开放数据的现状及问题，并针对我国交通运输政府数据开放
提出几点启示，以期为行业加快公共信息资源开放提供参考。 |

| Transportation concerns the livelihood of the people for the public attention. In order for the
guidance of the government open data on industry, the paper analyzes specific practices of US department
of transportation and Britain’s department for transport after an investigation for government open data
into the United States and Britain. The experience of open layout, planning, open data selection and working
mechanism in these governments are worth learning. Based on these and current situation and problems
of open data in Beijing and Shanghai, the paper puts forward several enlightenments for open data in our
transportation governments. The research results can provide important reference for the industry to accelerate
the opening of public information resources. |
