      基于动力机制理论,结合信息公开动力机制及网站信息公开评价等相关研究,在识别公共科研机构网站信 息公开动力要素的基础上,初步构建了动力评价指标体系。通过指标重要性问卷调查,借助工具Amos 21.0,进一步采 用验证性因子分析法对初设评价体系进行检验和优化。通过多个参数估计值考察模型与问卷数据的适配度,并对模型 进行修正,最终得到包含2 个一级指标、5 个二级指标及12 个三级指标的评价体系,同时获取各指标权重。
英文摘要:
      Based on the theory of dynamic mechanism, and in combination with the relevant research on information publicity dynamic mechanism and evaluation for websites’ information publicity, this paper builds an evaluation index system after identifying the dynamic factors of information publicity on websites for public scientific research institutions in China. Through the questionnaire survey of importance for each indicators, this paper test and optimize the initial index system by the method of confirmatory factor analysis and the tool of Amos21.0—inspect compatibility between the evaluate model with questionnaire data, and modify the model. Finally, it conclude to an ultimate index system including 2 first-level indicators, 5 second-level indicators, and 12 third-level indicators, and obtain the weight of each indicators at the same time .
