管理和服务,逐步成为区域创新能力提升与产业转型升级发展的重要抓手。在对当前京津冀区域综合科技服务实践模
式进行研究分析的基础上,提出专业服务机构引领型、龙头企业生态输出型、高校院所资源转化型、政府主导的公共
服务型、互联网平台服务型、产业组织资源共享型等六大综合科技服务模式,分析内外资源联动、平台化与社群化明
显、核心业务与专业化运营能力协同等模式特征,并针对京津冀综合科技服务发展从核心能力建设、顶层设计打造、
社群化服务以及利益分享机制等方面提出建议。 |

By integrating multi-link resources in research and development (R&D) transformation process, and technology service in Beijing-Tianjin–Hebei on core capacity building, top-level design, community service
and benefit sharing mechanism.
integrated science and technology services can break through the drawbacks of scattered resources and achieve
unified management and service of science and technology service resources. And it has gradually become
key point for regional innovation capability and industrial transformation and upgrading. This paper analyzes
the current integrated science and technology service practice in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and refines six
integrated science and technology service modes: the professional service organizations lead mode, the leading
enterprises output ecological resources mode, the colleges transform resources mode, the government-led
mode, the internet platforms provide services mode, the industrial organizations share resources mode. This
paper also sums up the characteristics of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei science and technology modes, including unity
of internal and external resources, platformization and socialization, and collaboration of core business and
professional operation capabilities and puts forward suggestions for further development of integrated science |
