      快速有效的应急响应是科学救灾、快速救援的基本要求,区块链技术可以在保障灾害应急遥感数据共享政 策下对用户身份进行快速认证,对灾害应急响应具有重要意义。本文针对灾害应急遥感数据共享服务中用户信息共享 问题,提出一种基于区块链的灾害应急遥感用户信息共享的方法。该方法依靠区块链分布式存储、链上数据安全可靠 等特性,由数据中心为各自网站中上链的用户身份背书,在满足业务需求的基础上保证了用户信息的真实性和可靠 性,有效促进灾害应急遥感数据共享的可持续性发展。
英文摘要:
      Fast and effective emergency response is a basic requirement for scientific disaster relief and rapid rescue, and blockchain technology can quickly authenticate user identity under the policy of guaranteeing disaster emergency remote sensing data sharing, which is of great significance to disaster emergency response. Aiming at the problem of user information sharing in disaster emergency remote sensing data sharing service, a method of user information sharing based on blockchain for disaster emergency remote sensing is proposed. The method relies on blockchain’s distributed accounting, and imtamable on-chain data, and the data center endorses the user identity of the online link in their respective websites, which ensures the authenticity and reliability of user information on the basis of meeting business requirements, and effectively promotes the sustainable development of disaster emergency remote sensing data sharing.
