| 国家高新技术产业化基地作为“发展高科技、实现产业化”的重要载体，在带动区域经济快速增长和提质增效中发挥了重要作用。以 246 家基地为研究对象，以 2016—2018 年基地发展监测数据为基础，采用定量和定性相结合方式，分析基地发展取得的成绩和存在的不足，为实现高质量发展从国家和基地两个层面提出建议。 |

| As an important carrier of “developing high technology and realizing industrialization”, national high-tech industrialization bases play an important role in driving rapid growth and improving the quality and efficiency of regional economy. Taking 246 bases as research objects with development monitoring data from 2016 to 2018 as the basis, the achievements and shortcomings of base development are analyzed by combining quantitative and qualitative methods, and suggestions are put forward to achieve high-quality development at both national and base levels. |
