      基于新发展理念和高质量发展理论,运用主成分分析法、耦合协调度模型、障碍度模型分析高等教育人才 培养和经济高质量发展之间的耦合协调关系及其障碍因素,并运用莫兰指数剖析二者耦合协调度的区域空间格局。研 究发现:(1)2011—2020 年,我国各省市高等教育人才培养与经济高质量发展耦合协调度不断优化,东中西部地区间 存在较大差距,但差距在不断缩小;(2)创新发展、开放发展、培养质量是阻碍高等教育人才培育与经济高质量发展 耦合协调的前 3 个一级指标,在二级指标中,第三产业占比、高校教学、科研仪器设备资产、每万人专利申请数、技 术市场成交额、外商投资企业投资总额是前 5 个障碍因子,且障碍因子存在区域差异,东部、中部、西部地区的首要 障碍因子各不相同;(3)高等教育人才培养与经济高质量发展的耦合协调度存在空间正相关关系,东部地区各省市耦 合协调度的集聚形式主要为高—高集聚,西部地区各省市主要为低—低集聚。研究结果可为不同地区明晰自身耦合状 况、实施差异发展策略促进新格局形成提供有益的决策参考依据。

      Based on the new development concept and the theory of high-quality development, the coupling coordination relationship and obstacle factors between higher education talent cultivation and high-quality economic development were analyzed using methods such as principal component analysis, coupling coordination degree model, and obstacle degree model. The regional distribution pattern of the coupling coordination degree between the two was analyzed using the Moran index. The research finds that: (1) From 2011 to 2020, the coupling and coordination between higher education talent training and high-quality economic development in various provinces and cities in China has been continuously optimized, and there is a large gap between the eastern, central and western regions, but this gap is constantly narrowing; (2) Innovative development, open development and training quality are the top three first level indicators that hinder the coupling and coordination of higher education talent cultivation and high-quality economic development. Among the second level indicators, the proportion of the tertiary industry, teaching and scientific research equipment assets, patent applications per 10000 people, technology market turnover, and total investment of foreign-funded enterprises are the top five barriers, and the barriers vary from region to region The main obstacle factors in Northeast China are different; (3) There is a positive spatial correlation between the coupling coordination degree of higher education talent training and high-quality economic development. The agglomeration form of the coupling coordination degree of provinces and cities in the eastern region is mainly high high agglomeration, while that of provinces and cities in the western region is mainly low low agglomeration. The research results can provide useful decision-making reference for different regions to clarify their own coupling status and implement differential development strategies to promote the formation of new patterns.
