英国一流大学跨学科培养科技人才源于现代社会对具有跨学科素养科技人才的诉求、政府对高校开展跨学科教育的政策支持及在理论指导下科技知识生产方式变革的趋向。通过考察英国高校培养高水平、复合型科技创新人才的实践,发现以多元个性化的校园氛围服务跨学科教育战略、基于学科交叉创设深度融合的综合课程体系、鼓励教学与科研相结合促生跨界培养共同体、打破制度藩篱为跨学科人才培养提供组织支撑是其取得成功的主要策略。借鉴其经验,我国高校需加强战略规划,培育良好的跨学科教育环境;立足科教融汇,构建系统的跨学科课程体系;优化师资队伍,提高科技人才跨学科培养质量;协同政产学研,加强基层教学组织的支撑机制。 |

The interdisciplinary cultivation of scientific and technical talents in British world-class universities stems from the modern society’s demand for scientific and technical talents with interdisciplinary literacy, the government’s policy support for universities to carry out interdisciplinary education, and the trend of the transformation of scientific and technical knowledge production under the guidance of theory. By examining the practices of UK universities in cultivating high-level, interdisciplinary scientific and technological talents, it was found that serving the interdisciplinary education strategy with a diverse and personalized campus atmosphere, creating a comprehensive curriculum system deeply integrated across disciplines based on interdisciplinary research, encouraging teaching and research to foster cross-disciplinary training communities, and providing organizational support for interdisciplinary talent cultivation by breaking through institutional barriers are the main strategies for success. Learning from its experience, Chinese universities need strengthen strategic planning to cultivate a good interdisciplinary education environment; based on the integration of science and education to build a systematic interdisciplinary curriculum system; optimize the teaching staff to improve the quality of interdisciplinary cultivation of scientific and technical talents; cooperate with government, industry, university and research to strengthen the support mechanism of grassroots teaching organizations. |
