      研究分析高校科技投入与科技成果转化之间的关系。首先,以江苏省高校为例,用科技人员数量、研发经费等指标表征高校科技投入的情况,用高校科技成果转让数表征高校科技成果转化的情况;然后,用Pearson相关性分析方法和灰色关联分析方法分析高校科技投入与科技成果转化之间的关系;最后,提出三点促进高校科技成果转化的对策建议:一是高校要加大对人才的激励支持,二是企业要深化与高校的协同创新,三是政府要优化对项目的资源配置。
英文摘要:
      The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between scientific and technical investment in universities and the transformation of scientific and technical achievements. Firstly, taking the universities in Jiangsu Province as an example, using the number of scientific and technical personnel, R & D funds and other indicators to characterize the scientific and technical investment of colleges and universities, using the number of scientific and technical achievements transferred in colleges and universities to characterize the transformation of scientific and technical achievements.Then, using Pearson correlation analysis method and grey correlation analysis method to analyze the relationship between scientific and technical investment in universities and the transformation of scientific and technical achievements. Finally, this paper proposes three suggestions to promote the transformation of scientific and technical achievements in colleges and universities: increase incentives and support for talents, deepen collaborative innovation between enterprises and universities, and optimize resource allocation for projects by the government.
