| 创新型领军企业是我国建设成为创新型国家和世界科技强国的重要战略支撑。在对国内外学者有关创新型领军企业的研究进行梳理的基础上，进一步阐释创新型领军企业的概念和内涵，从创新性、成长性和支撑性3个维度构建创新型领军企业评价指标体系。以湖南省2020—2021年高企年度数据为样本进行实证分析。利用层次分析法及功效分析法得出湖南省创新型领军企业名单，并对其进行分析。分析结果与湖南省省产业发展现状较为符合，体现了构建的指标体系的可靠性及合理性。 |

| Innovative leading enterprises are an important strategic support for China’s construction into an innovative country and a world science and technology powerhouse. Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars on innovative leading enterprises, this paper further explains the concept and connotation of innovative leading enterprises, this article constructs an evaluation index system for innovative leading enterprises from three dimensions: innovation, leadership, and growth. Taking the annual data of high-tech enterprises in Hunan Province from 2020 to 2021 as a sample, the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Efficacy Analysis methods are used to calculate and analyze the list of innovative leading enterprises in Hunan Province, this result is in line with the current situation of industrial development in Hunan Province, reflecting the reliability and rationality of the indicator system. |
