      基于2013—2022年山东省16个地市数据,综合考虑山东省本地发展特征、资源种类等多种因素,因地制宜地构建新型区域创新能力综合评价体系,并运用基尼系数、Moran’sI分析和引力模型深入探究多因素影响下的区域创新能力分布特征,系统揭示山东省区域创新能力的时空演变路径和各地区空间关联性和异质性,明确各地市之间创新强度联系。研究结果表明:山东省已形成以济南市、青岛市为中心的创新局面,区域创新能力围绕创新中心向外辐射扩散;山东省区域创新能力在空间上存在创新能力发展不平衡现象,但没有出现高度的空间集中;山东省创新联系存在明显的“核心”区域与“边缘”区域,地理位置的远近在一定程度上影响创新的扩散和辐射。
英文摘要:
      Based on the data of 16 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Province from 2013 to 2022, this paper constructs a new type of comprehensive evaluation system of regional innovation capacity according to local conditions, taking into account various factors such as local development characteristics and types of resources in Shandong Province. Meanwhile, the Gini coefficient, Moran’s I analysis and gravity model are used to explore the distribution characteristics of regional innovation capacity under the influence of multiple factors, to systematically reveal the spatial and temporal evolution paths of regional innovation capacity in Shandong Province and the spatial correlation and heterogeneity among regions, and to make clear the linkage of innovation intensity between cities. The results of this paper show that Shandong Province has formed an innovation situation centered on Jinan and Qingdao, with regional innovation capacity radiating outwards around the innovation centers. Spatial imbalance in the development of regional innovation capacity in Shandong Province, but without a high degree of spatial concentration. And there are clear ‘core’ and ‘peripheral’ areas of innovation linkages in Shandong Province, and geographic proximity affects the diffusion and radiation of innovation to some extent.
