      从传统生产力向新质生产力跃升视角,重构数字经济与科技创新两个子系统评价体系,探讨我国省域数字经济与科技创新耦合协调发展的时空演变、区域差异及异质性特征。采用CRITIC-TOPSIS综合评价法、耦合协调度模型、Dagum基尼系数分解及莫兰指数等方法,测算2012—2022年我国31个省份的耦合协调发展水平及其区域差异来源。利用动态空间杜宾模型分析影响耦合协调发展的因素,揭示各因素在短期和长期的直接、间接及总体效应。研究结果表明:我国数字经济与科技创新的耦合协调发展呈波动式增长,空间集聚效应不断增强,基尼系数总体呈“U”型上升;成果转化、产业结构优化、政府干预及经济发展对耦合协调水平具有显著正向影响。研究结果为理解数字经济与科技创新协同发展的内在机制及新质生产力的形成提供了理论与实证支持。

      This study examines the transition from traditional productivity to new quality productivity, reconstructing the evaluation system for the two subsystems of digital economy and technological innovation. It systematically explores the temporal and spatial evolution, regional disparities, and heterogeneous characteristics of the coupling and coordinated development of digital economy and technological innovation across provinces in China. Utilizing methods such as the CRITIC-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method, coupling coordination degree model, Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition, and Moran index, the study measures the coupling coordination development levels and sources of regional disparities for 31 provinces in China from 2012 to 2022.Furthermore,the dynamic spatial Durbin model is employed to analyze the factors influencing coupling coordination development, revealing the direct, indirect, and overall effects of these factors in both the short and long term. The results indicate that the coupling and coordinated development of China’s digital economy and technological innovation exhibits fluctuating growth, with an increasingly pronounced spatial agglomeration effect and a generally upward “U” shaped Gini coefficient. Factors such as achievement transformation, industrial structure optimization, government intervention and economic development have a significant positive impact on the level of coupling coordination. This research provides both theoretical and empirical support for understanding the intrinsic mechanisms behind the synergistic development of digital economy and technological innovation, as well as the formation of new quality productivity.
