| 国际产业竞争的不断升级，对产业技术创新情报的决策支撑能力提出了更高的要求。伴随着数智技术的发展，产业技术创新情报服务正悄然发生演进与变化。为更好地支撑产业技术创新决策，需要对产业技术创新情报服务现状的特点与趋势开展深入分析。辨析产业技术创新情报服务相关概念，明晰产业技术创新情报服务的服务主体、目标任务与服务内容，梳理具有代表性的产业技术创新智能情报服务工程实践，分析不同服务模式的特色。归纳总结数智技术赋能背景下产业技术创新情报服务发展特点和趋势，包括情报服务从跟随响应发展为情报先行、数智技术赋能情报分析全过程、情报挖掘隐性知识并支撑更多需求、服务兼顾标准化与个性化等。研究结果表明，在新的历史时期，产业技术创新的需求更加繁杂、服务主体更加多样，情报服务也同步呈现出数据演进、AI融合、场景多元等时代特征，产业技术创新智能情报分析平台的建设将在产业升级与创新过程发挥更加强大的支撑甚至是驱动作用。 |

| With the continuous upgrading of international industrial competition, higher requirements are put forward for the decision-making support ability of industrial technological innovation information. With the development of digital intelligence technology, industrial technology innovation information service is quietly evolving and changing. In order to better support industrial technology innovation decision-making, it is necessary to carry out in-depth analysis on the characteristics and trends of the current situation of industrial technology innovation information service. Analyze the relevant concepts of industrial technology innovation information service, clarify the service subject, objectives and tasks and service content of industrial technology innovation information service, sort out representative industrial technology innovation intelligent information service engineering practices, and analyze the characteristics of different service modes. It summarizes the development characteristics and trends of industrial technology innovation intelligence service under the background of digital intelligence technology empowerment, including the development of intelligence service from following response to intelligence first, the whole process of intelligence analysis enabled by digital intelligence technology, intelligence mining tacit knowledge and supporting more needs, and service balancing standardization and personalization. The results indicate that in the new historical period, the demand for industrial technology innovation is more complicated, the service subject is more diverse, and the intelligence service also shows the characteristics of The Times such as data evolution, AI integration, and scene diversity. The construction of intelligent intelligence analysis platform for industrial technology innovation will play a more powerful supporting or even driving role in the process of industrial upgrading and innovation. |
