| 数智时代背景下传统的科技档案管理已不能满足发展需求，通过大数据、云计算、数字技术以及人工智能等新一代信息技术助力科技档案数字化及知识管理，发挥科技档案知识功能，成为科技档案现代化管理的发展趋势。利用综合运用文献调查法、网络调查法和访谈法，分析当前全国科技档案管理的现状，梳理部分地区科技档案管理机构的有益实践，指出全国科技档案管理存在的问题，提出数智时代科技档案数字化及知识管理的对策建议，为科技档案管理从载体管理向知识管理提供理论支撑和决策参考。 |

| Under the background of the digital age, traditional technology archive management can no longer meet the development needs. New generation information technies such as big data, cloud computing, digital technology, and artificial intelligence are used to assist in the digitization and knowledge management of technology archives, leveraging the knowledge function of technology archives and becoming the development trend of modern management of technology archives. Through the comprehensive use of literature review, online survey, and interview methods, the current situation of scientific and technical archives management in China is analyzed, and the beneficial practices of scientific and technical archives management institutions in some areas are sorted out. The existing problems of scientific and technical archives management in the country are pointed out, and countermeasures and suggestions for digitalization and knowledge management of scientific and technical archives in the era of digital intelligence are proposed. This provides theoretical support and decision-making reference for promoting the transformation of scientific and technical archives management from carrier management to knowledge management. |
