      基于技术就绪度评估方法,综合运用科学计量学和数据可视化手段,深入研究中、美、韩三国在量子点显示技术基础、应用、开发研究阶段的竞争态势。聚焦分析各国在量子点背光源技术、彩色滤光片技术和发光二极管技术的发展趋势、关键技术、创新主体和亮点产品等,以识别我国的技术短板并挖掘未来的发展机遇。研究发现:我国与韩国分别在量子点背光源技术和彩色滤光片技术领域处于全球领先地位;量子点发光二极管技术已成为中、美、韩三国激烈竞争的核心领域,引领着量子点显示技术的未来发展方向;我国量子点显示技术存在基础研究影响力不足、应用研究核心技术布局薄弱、开发研究路径单一等突出短板,急需政府与创新主体协同攻坚,加速实现全链条突破与产业升级。
英文摘要:
      Based on the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) assessment method and by integrating bibliometric and data visualization techniques, conduct an in-depth study on China, the United States, and South Korea's competitive situations in the fundamental research, application exploration, and development stages of quantum dot display technology. Focus on analyzing each country's development trends, key technologies, innovative entities, and flagship products in the quantum dot backlight technology, color filter technology, and light-emitting diode technology to identify China's technological shortboards and explore future development opportunities. It reveals that China and South Korea are leading globally in the technologies of quantum dot backlight sources and color filters, respectively, while quantum dot light-emitting diode technology is becoming a core area of fierce competition among China, the United States, and South Korea, indicating the future development trend of quantum dot display technology. There are prominent shortcomings in the field of quantum dot display in China, such as insufficient influence of basic research, weak layout of core technologies in applied research, and single development and research paths. To address these issues, the government and innovation entities must work together to overcome these problems and accelerate the realization of full-chain breakthroughs and industrialization leaps.
