      随着世界经济的发展与科技进步的加速,国家创新型产业集群对区域经济增长及国家竞争力提升意义重大。以198家国家创新型产业集群为研究对象,运用比较分析方法,探究其地域特征与发展模式。研究发现:在地域特征上,东部沿海集聚显著,城市层级与集群数量正相关,长三角、珠三角、京津冀等经济圈为核心区域,集群数量呈现“东部—中部—西部—东北部”依次递减的区域非均衡态势;集群产业类型以新兴产业为主导,主要涵盖新能源与能源技术、电子信息与通信、生物医药与健康医疗、先进制造与装备、新材料与化工、信息技术与软件等六大领域,超过80%的集群建设依托高新区这一载体。在发展模式上,主要为政府主导型、市场主导型、产学研合作型三大类型,且各有适用条件。据此,从突出因地制宜、灵活选择模式、强化载体建设、注重协同创新等4个方面提出促进创新型产业集群发展的对策建议。

      Against the backdrop of rapid global economic and technical development, national innovative industrial clusters have significant implications for regional economic growth and enhancing national competitiveness. This article takes 198 innovative industrial clusters in China as the research object, and uses comparative analysis methods to explore their regional characteristics and development models in depth. Research has found that in terms of regional characteristics, there is a significant agglomeration along the eastern coast, and there is a positive correlation between urban hierarchy and the number of clusters. The economic circles such as the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, and Beijing Tianjin Hebei are the core regions, and the number of clusters shows a regional non-equilibrium trend of decreasing in order from the east to the central to the west to the northeast; The cluster industry type is dominated by emerging industries, mainly covering six major fields: new energy and energy technology, electronic information and communication, biomedicine and health care, advanced manufacturing and equipment, new materials and chemical industry, information technology and software, etc. More than 80% of the cluster construction relies on the carrier of high-tech zones. In terms of development models, there are mainly three categories: government led, market led, and industry university research cooperation, each with its own applicable conditions. Based on this, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the development of innovative industrial clusters from four aspects: highlighting local conditions, flexibly selecting modes, strengthening carrier construction, and emphasizing collaborative innovation.
