| 以浙江省为实证对象，分析其“三统一、双赋能”协同治理模式的实践经验，得出三维优化启示:构建基于深度学习的智能配置模型、建立政府引导的第三方运营机制及设计多维激励方案等。进而提出“政府管理部门高位引导，建立大仪共享服务机制生态圈”“仪器管理部门协同支撑，提升自身能力建设新高度”“科研承担主体注重实践，驱动创新成果转化高效率”的对策建议，以期为提升区域大仪共享服务效能提供参考借鉴。 |

| Taking Zhejiang Province as the empirical object, this study analyzes the practical experience of its “three unifications and double empowerment” collaborative governance model, and draws three-dimensional optimization enlightenment: building an intelligent configuration model based on deep learning, establishing a third-party operation mechanism guided by the government, and designing multi-dimensional incentive schemes, and then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of “high-level guidance of government management departments, establishing an ecosystem of the sharing service mechanism of the grand instrument”, “collaborative support of instrument management departments, improving the new height of their own capacity building” and “scientific research undertaking subjects pay attention to practice, driving the transformation of innovation achievements into high efficiency”, in order to provide reference for improving the efficiency of regional grand instrument sharing services. |
