| 文献资源是衡量国家或地区综合实力的重要指标，是必不可少的国家战略保障资源。在梳理国家文献资源保障相关研究的基础上，借助扎根理论，对国家文献保障体系相关论文的研究内容进行编码，分析国家文献资源保障策略影响因素，提炼出12个子范畴和4个主范畴。根据研究结果，提出我国文献资源保障对策的建议:强化顶层设计，提高我国文献资源保障建设水平;推进全面合作，促进我国文献资源保障融合发展;深化评价研究，优化我国文献资源保障结构;顺应外部环境，增强我国文献资源保障适应能力。 |

| Literature resource is an important index to measure the comprehensive strength of a country or region, and it is also an indispensable national strategic guarantee resource. This paper sorts out relevant studies on national literature resource guarantee, analyzes the research content of relevant papers on national literature resource guarantee system with the help of grounded theory research methods, studies the influencing factors of national literature resource guarantee strategy, and extracts 12 categories and 4 themes. According to the research results, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, including strengthening the top-level design and improving the construction level of literature resource security in China; To promote comprehensive cooperation and promote the integrated development of China’s literature assurance; Deepen the evaluation research, optimize the structure of Chinese literature support; Adapting to the external environment and enhancing the adaptability of Chinese literature guarantee. |
