| 持久标识符是开放科学的重要基础设施。在梳理其发展现状的基础上，从运营管理、推广路径、应用场景等方面分析国际主流科研人员标识符的运营机制，并结合我国自主建设的科研人员标识符的现存问题，对标国际经验，提出加快我国自主科研人员标识体系建设的建议，包括推进认可政策的制定与实施、推动与国际主流标识的协同互认、加强与其他系统的互联互通等。 |

| Persistent identifiers (PIDs) are critical infrastructure for open science. Based on an analysis of its current development status, this paper examines the operation mechanism of the international mainstream researcher identifiers from aspects such as operation management, promotion paths, and application scenarios. By combining the existing problems of the researcher identifiers independently constructed by China, and by comparing with international experiences, it proposes suggestions for accelerating the construction of China's independent researcher identifier system, including promoting the formulation and implementation of recognition policies, facilitating coordinated mutual recognition with international mainstream identifiers, and strengthening interconnection with other systems. |
