      科技成果转化是将科技成果推向市场,实现社会价值的重要环节。采用三阶段数据包络分析模型测算全国31个省份高校科技成果转化效率,进一步通过二维矩阵组合分析不同省域高校科技成果转化效率类型,并探索其提升路径,为持续推进高校科技成果转化提供理论依据及参考建议。研究结果显示:全国高校科学研究阶段和成果转化阶段效率均未达到最优状态,且区域间存在一定差异;通过高校科学研究与成果转化效率的组合分析能够在一定程度上定位各省域在全国所处的水平,从而采取针对性措施。
英文摘要:
      The transformation of scientific and technical achievements are an important link in promoting them to the market and realizing social value. This article used a three-stage data envelopment analysis model to measure the efficiency of scientific and technical achievements transformation in universities in31 provinces across the country. It further analyzed the types of scientific and technical achievements transformation efficiency in universities in different provinces through a two-dimensional matrix combination, and explored their improvement paths, providing theoretical basis and reference suggestions for continuously promoting the transformation of scientific and technical achievements in universities. The research results showed that the efficiency of scientific research and achievement transformation stages in universities across the country has not reached the optimal state, and there are certain regional differences; The combination analysis of scientific research and achievement transformation efficiency in universities can to some extent locate the level of each province in the country, and thus take targeted measures.
