| 基于“三链”融合发展的视角，运用熵值法构建一套集科研创新、成果转化、人才培养为一体的创新绩效评价体系，评价分析福建省267家省重点实验室的创新绩效情况。研究发现:在依托单位分布上，以高校为依托单位的省重点实验室创新绩效最高，但在产业链维度上发展偏弱;在学科领域分布上，以研究海洋科学领域的省重点实验室创新绩效最高，但在制造科学领域发展偏弱;在地区分布上，地处厦门的省重点实验室创新绩效最高，在地区之间存在明显失衡现象。在此研究的基础上，结合福建省发展实际，提出相应的对策建议。 |

| Based on the perspective of “three chains” integrated development, this paper uses entropy method to build a set of innovation performance evaluation system covering scientific research innovation, achievement transformation and talent training, and evaluates and analyzes the innovation performance of 267 provincial key laboratories in Fujian Province. The results show that the provincial key laboratories with universities as the supporting units have the highest innovation performance, but their development is weak in the dimension of industrial chain; In terms of discipline distribution, provincial key laboratories in the field of marine science have the highest innovation performance, but their development in the field of manufacturing science is weak; In terms of regional distribution, the Provincial Key Laboratory located in Xiamen has the highest innovation performance, but there is an obvious imbalance between regions. Finally, combined with the actual development of Fujian Province, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put. |
