| 基于安徽省科技成果转化微观数据，从科研人员收益分配占比、奖励宽度与深度两个维度衡量成果转化收益分配机制，利用两阶段模型对收益分配机制与成果转化及转化绩效两阶段之间的关系进行研究，并分析成果质量和技术转移机构的调节作用。研究发现:个人收益分配占比对成果转化存在促进作用，个人奖励深度与成果转化绩效呈显著的倒U型关系，但对奖励宽度未观测到类似效应;对收益分配机制的激励效果，成果质量在两阶段均有正向调节作用，技术转移机构在第一阶段表现出抑制作用，在第二阶段呈促进作用。 |

| Based on the micro data of Anhui Province, this paper measures the income distribution mechanism of technology achievement transformation from the perspectives of the proportion of income distribution for scientific researchers, the breadth and depth of individual rewards, and uses two-part model to study its effects on technical achievement transformation performance. The paper further analyzes the moderating effects of achievement quality and technology transfer organizations on the incentive effect of the revenue allocation mechanism. Results show that: the proportion of individual income distribution promotes technology transformation. There is a significant inverted U-shaped relationship between the depth of individual rewards and the performance of technology transformation, but no similar effect is observed for the breadth. Regarding the incentive effect of the income distribution mechanism, technology quality positively moderates both stages, while technology transfer institutions exhibit an inhibitory effect in the first stage and a promoting effect in the second stage. |
