| 高价值专利对于区域产业转型发展具有引领支撑作用。在探索专利导航在推动区域产业发展中实践价值的基础上，分析探讨其在产业培育过程中的一般规律和内在逻辑，提出应用方法模型，并以南京“4266”产业体系为例证，剖析区域产业培育路径与专利分布态势之间的关联性。研究发现:在南京“4266”产业体系中，多数培育产业与其高价值专利分布态势的关联性存在不足，仅有新型材料、元宇宙、新一代人工智能等少数培育产业呈现高价值专利相对集聚分布态势，且这些产业发展质效相对较好，表明高价值专利分布密集程度与相关产业发展质效具有重要关联性，高价值专利分布集聚程度越高，相关产业发展潜力往往越大，发展质效则越明显。据此得到启示:一是高价值专利是产业培育的核心驱动力;二是专利导航需紧密结合区域产业特色;三是区域产业培育需强化政策引导和市场机制并重。 |

| High value patents play a leading and supporting role in the transformation and development of regional industries. This article aims to explore the practical value of patent navigation in promoting regional industrial development, analyze and explore the general laws and internal logic of patent navigation in industrial cultivation, propose an application method model, and take the Nanjing “4266” industrial system as an example to analyze the correlation between regional industrial cultivation paths and patent distribution trends. Research has found that in the “4266” industrial system in Nanjing, there is insufficient correlation between the distribution of high-value patents and most of the cultivated industries. Only a few cultivated industries such as new materials, met averse, and new generation artificial intelligence show a relatively concentrated distribution of high-value patents, and the development quality and efficiency of these industries are relatively good. This indicates that the density of high-value patent distribution is closely related to the development quality and efficiency of related industries. The higher the concentration of high-value patent distribution, the greater the development potential of related industries, and the more obvious the development quality and efficiency. Based on this, several insights can be gained: firstly, high-value patents are the core driving force for industrial cultivation; Secondly, patent navigation needs to be closely integrated with regional industrial characteristics; The third is to strengthen the cultivation of regional industries, emphasizing both policy guidance and market mechanisms. |
