      作为创新发展的两翼,掌握科学普及与科技创新协同演化的机制,对于深入落实“两翼理论”具有重要意义。基于协同学原理,构建包含协同主体、协同资源、协同绩效、协同环境4个维度的科学普及与科技创新生态系统,并利用哈肯模型对长三角地区进行实证分析。结果表明:在构建的长三角地区科学普及与科技创新生态系统中,协同主体与协同资源、协同绩效、协同环境之间均有显著的协同关系;协同主体是构建的生态系统的核心要素,且已建立正反馈机制,协同主体与协同资源之间、协同主体与协同绩效之间均在发展过程中处于动态平衡状态;长三角地区2018—2022年科学普及与科技创新的协同水平经历了先提升后降低又增长的变化过程;安徽省在长三角地区中的协同水平处于明显劣势,浙江省、江苏省的优势主要体现在科技创新方面,而上海市的优势相对集中于科学普及方面。

      As the two wings of innovation and development, it is of great significance to grasp the mechanism of the co-evolution of science popularization and scientific and technical innovation for the in-depth implementation of the “two wings theory”. Based on the principle of synergy, this paper constructs a scientific popularization and scientific and technical innovation ecosystem that includes four dimensions of collaborative subjects, collaborative resources, collaborative performance, and collaborative environment, establishes a Haken model, and conducts empirical analysis with the Yangtze River Delta region as an example. The results show that in the Yangtze River Delta region ecosystem of science popularization and scientific and technical innovation, there is a significant synergistic relationship between the collaborative subject and the collaborative resources, collaborative performance, and collaborative environment. The collaborative subject is the core element of the ecosystem, and a positive feedback mechanism has been established. The synergistic subject and the synergistic resources, and the synergistic subject and the synergistic performance are in a state of dynamic equilibrium in the development process. From 2018 to 2022, the synergy level of science popularization and scientific and technical innovation in the Yangtze River Delta region has experienced a change process of first improving, then decreasing and then increasing. Anhui has obvious disadvantages in the level of coordination in the Yangtze River Delta region, the advantages of Zhejiang and Jiangsu are mainly reflected in scientific and technical innovation, while Shanghai’s relative advantages are concentrated in the development of science popularization.
