| 立足科技强国战略背景，聚焦长三角高质量一体化发展需求，构建包含资源共享、创新合作、成果共用、产业联动和环境支撑5项一级指标的长三角区域协同创新指数体系。研究结果表明:2010—2022年长三角区域协同创新稳步提升，长三角一体化协同推进成效日益显著;长三角区域协同呈现人才高地加快建设、科研合作稳步加深、对外技术依存度下降、产业联动持续加强、创投资本持续发力等特点。根据研究结果，从提升长三角区域协同创新能力的角度，围绕创新人才、科产融合、科技成果共享等方面提出促进长三角区域协同创新发展的具体建议。 |

| This research is based on the strategic context of building a technology powerhouse and focuses on the demand for high-quality integrated development in the Yangtze River Delta. It establishes a collaborative innovation index system for the Yangtze River Delta region that includes five primary indicators: resource sharing, innovation cooperation, outcome sharing, industry linkage, and environmental support. The study finds that between 2010 and 2022, collaborative innovation in the Yangtze River Delta has steadily improved, and the results of integrated promotion have become increasingly significant. Characteristics of collaborative innovation in the region include accelerated development of talent hubs, steady deepening of research cooperation, a decrease in dependence on foreign technology, continuous strengthening of industrial linkages, and sustained investment in venture capital. Based on the research findings, specific suggestions are proposed to promote the collaborative innovation development in the Yangtze River Delta region, focusing on aspects such as innovative talents, integration of science and industry, and sharing of scientific and technological achievements, from the perspective of enhancing the region's collaborative innovation capabilities. |
